Transforming Residential Space into a Modern Plastic Surgery Studio for Aristocrat Plastic Surgery

One of our recent projects involved the complete conversion of a two-bedroom residential apartment into a sophisticated and functional plastic surgery studio for Aristocrat Plastic Surgery.
The build-out was carefully designed to maximize both functionality and patient comfort. The former apartment was reconfigured to include a dedicated consultation room, operating room, facial treatment room, and a professional photography studio. The photography suite was outfitted with premium lighting and a dark backdrop to create an ideal environment for capturing high-quality before-and-after images.
To enhance privacy while maintaining a modern aesthetic, we installed specialty gradient transparency glass doors that elegantly obscure the lower portion of occupants while allowing natural light to flow throughout the space. We also transformed an existing bathroom into a fully functional facial treatment room, making efficient use of the available footprint.
Behind the scenes, our team completed substantial infrastructure upgrades, including modernized lighting and HVAC improvements. The project required integrating into a live glycol cooling system, demanding careful planning and execution to ensure uninterrupted operation. We also incorporated flush-mount ceiling access panels, delivering a clean, seamless appearance while preserving accessibility to building systems.
